Introducing...

After 2 1/2 years of adoption hoping and waiting we received news on September 27th of a precious 2 month old boy waiting for us in Ethiopia.  The journey to get this Little Bean healthy and home has been interesting, to say the least.  After learning our soon-to-be son was suffering from severe malnourishment we went to work seeking to get him the care he needed.  As it would turn out, the most fitting care in a third world country was not in a hospital, as one might think, but in the arms of his Momma.  So instead of taking 2 trips to Ethiopia, which is part of the Ethiopian adoption process, Quintin and I made the decision during our first trip that I would remain in Ethiopia, and he would travel back the U.S.  I would stay as long as necessary and care for our son until we were given clearance to bring him home.  Six weeks after meeting our son, and experiencing our first but brief moments together as a family, we finally received clearance. On December 19th, by the grace and goodness of God, me and Little Bean arrived home.  We were together again, and this time it wouldn't be for a few brief moments.  We were (ARE) officially a family of 3... Quintin, Chelsey, and Samuel Titus!!!
