Zucchini Cupcakes with Caramel Icing

Because I love the fall and all the wonderful food that comes with it, I wanted to share with you a new yummy recipe I recently tried... and loved, "Zucchini Cupcakes with Carmel Icing".  They are so delicious and fairly simple to make.  I know of a few of you requested the recipe so I have included the link below.  I would recommend chilling the icing for 30 minutes.  Also, one could simply exclude the icing and have quite tasty muffins, but really, who does such a thing.  Enjoy!!
