My Beloved Quintin celebrated his 29th birthday earlier this month! I am so grateful for him and simply amazed at how perfectly and thoughtfully the Lord has and continues to work in his life! It is truly a joy to witness God transforming my husband into Jesus likeness more each year!
Around Quintin's birthday I like to pick a passage of scripture to pray over him in the upcoming year. This year the Lord led me to one of my favorite passages 2 Corinthians 4:16-18, "So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal."
Quintin's "heart stopping" birthday breakfast... the cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and eggs aren't even pictured! Yes my husband is a man's man!!
