Happy Birthday Kasey!

Today is my sister Kasey's birthday, and as I sit here this morning thinking about her, my heart is overwhelmed with emotion and thankfulness. Not everyone gets to experience a wonderfully close bond with a sibling or share a deep rooted love between two friends, like that of King David & Jonathan. So I feel very blessed to experience both in my relationship with Kasey! She is my beloved sister and dearest "King David".

Because of the Lord's mighty work within her, she is a women full of grace and compassion. A women who seeks hard after what is true and speaks truth. She rises to the heights with you and enters into pain and heartache with you. She does not shy away from the hard, or ugly, or even impossible, but beautifully embraces and presses into them instead. She is one of most precious examples I have of genuine concern and love for others. She challenges me in the way I empathize, help, and pray for others. She is a perfectly and fearfully made women, with a heart that delights in glorifying her KING!!
